In my practice I implement the use of various effective coaching and counselling techniques along with evidence based psychological interventions and methodologies; all delivered in an ethical manner with the main purpose of protecting the dignity, privacy and well-being of all my clients.
I aspire towards a holistic and person-centred counselling approach, therefore, while taking in consideration your overal health and well-being, I aim to facilitate your ability to fulfill your own potential. We will explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, beliefs, norms and values in order to better understand yourself, your life circumstances, relationships and other important factors.
Keep in mind: you are the expert on yourself, no one else knows exactly what it’s like to be you.
